This is the number of books i've read in 12 months (Currently reading #thesocialceo by #damiancornet ) 📚 in order to learn, we need to learn how to learn.

I started up by reading ONLY 5 mins a day for 2 weeks, as soon as i picked up the habit of reading 5 mins a day, i increased my reading to 10 mins, then 15, 20, and now 60 mins a day. 20 mins after breakfast, 20 mins middle of my work, and 20 mins before i off to my bed.

The focus is to build the habit, not finishing the book. "If you focus on losing fat, you will fail. but if you focus on losing the habits that causes you fat, you will succeed".

The keys for persistence and determination is - "habits", not motivation, not determination, but habits.

这是我过去 12 个月的阅读量。我不是个喜欢阅读/运动的人,我只是把它们变成了我的生活习惯而已。

你知道吗?其实学习也是需要学习的。一开始我只让自己每天阅读 5 分钟,多过 5 分钟我会想吐,很煎熬,感觉时间很慢。但我清楚知道 [ 我的目的不是要把书看完,而是要建立阅读的习惯 ]。一两个星期后,我开始增加了我阅读的时间至 10 分钟,20,然后现在 60 分钟。吃了早餐后阅读 20 分钟,下午工作休息时间 20 分钟,然后晚上睡前 20 分钟。

如果你的目标是要读完这些书,你会很痛苦,甚至根本就不想开始。但如果你的目标是专注在 “建立习惯“,你会很自然。"如果你的专注是减肥,你一定会失败。但如果你的专注是戒掉让你变胖的坏习惯,你会成功"。

让坚持继续坚持的秘诀,一直都是 - “习惯“。不是意志力,不是目标,是你的生活习惯。
